im so motivated to exercise but it’s snowing and i can’t go out for a run :(
-drink more green tea again
-take a vitamin everyday
-make the change from white to brown bread permanent
-keep to low fat things
-go swimming
-save money
-take it easy
-don’t get stressed… i’ve got all month to do these things!
-switch to sweetner
